Richard Barker

Richard Barker

Richard Barker graduated with a degree in Building Engineering & Construction Management and has 30 years experience in both Domestic and Commercial construction projects. Richard is not short of skills and experience.

Richard has worked at Taylor Woodrow, Bovis Management and Vector Management .

In 2003 Richard started his own project management company based in SW London. Since then he has worked on a number of residential refurbishment projects including the £10M project to refurbish the 16 century grade 2* Stanley House in Chelsea.

Cris deals with the day-to-day operations of our most high profile projects.
