Design and build

This exceptional project was a phase two works for an existing client. 

The client desired a detached garden room with a sauna and changing bathroom facilities for the outdoor swimming pool.

The resulting pool room and sauna was completed in 2018 to a beautifully high quality.

Additionally, Barker Russu completed the conversion of a cellar inside the main house into a sublime climate-controlled wine storage.
