Luxury refurbishment of a Wimbledon home

A new basement, roof extension and refurbishment of this large, detached family home in Wimbledon, London, SW19.

The project involved both front and rear extensions of a large detached family residence in south west London.

Barker Russu project-managed a basement excavation to create a substantial living and entertaining space facing the rear garden.

We also completed a roof extension and extensive internal re-modelling.

Tight timescales and partial client occupancy made this a very challenging project, but we achieved very high quality finishes throughout, with a significant increase in property value for the owners.
